Unified Framework for the Assessment of Bilingual Students

The Unified Framework for the Assessment of Bilingual Students (UFAB) was co-developed by Dr. Pedro Olvera of Azusa Pacific University and Ms. Nadia Villapudua, Special Education Manager at the Oxnard School District. The purpose of the Framework is to assist School Psychologists in the assessment of ELD students.
